Slow Flow on Sunday Mornings

A gentle introduction to the day designed to awaken you slowly – mind, body, and spirit.

We’ll start with breath work and slow subtle movements, followed by an energizing standing series and lastly a soft, slow, cool down, leaving you ready to take on your day with a balanced body and a clear mind.

This is a great introductory Hatha yoga class and ideal for anyone looking to start their Sunday out on the right foot. All levels welcome and encouraged!
