Rise and Stretch

A wonderful practice to help you get going for the day. Slower easeful stretches and postures to release tension to free space for the day ahead.  We practice pranayama or breathing exercises to reconnect you with your breath, and connect with your center to navigate through the rest of your day.

Suitable for all levels, as the class will be adapted based on your body’s needs.
