Gentle Yoga

This relaxing class is for those looking to unwind, de-stress and get into a gentle flow of movement following their breath.

This class is for all levels: those who have never practiced yoga, those who have been away from their practice for a while and are returning to yoga, and also for experienced students craving a gentler practice.

Set aside this time as an oasis of calm and peace in your day. Come and soften into your body, let go of tension and find the inner quiet we all long for.
