Hatha

A Hatha class appropriate for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike with a focus on proper alignment, breath connection and mindfulness. Details.

Gentle Hatha

This class is suitable for those wishing to begin a yoga practice or to get back to yoga after a lengthy absence. Details.

Hatha Mixer

A fun and varied Hatha class, this one is suitable for beginner and intermediate students. Details.

Gentle Yoga

This relaxing class is for those looking to unwind, de-stress, and get into a gentle flow of movement following their breath. For all levels. Details.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a deep physical practice that develops awareness and releases inner physical and emotional tensions. Details.

Slow Flow (Sunday mornings)

A gentle introduction to the day designed to awaken you slowly – mind, body, and spirit. Great introductory classes .  This class will only be offered through to December 15th, 2019.  Details.

Kundalini

Kundalini Yoga honors you both physically and mentally as it helps improve your health, strength, flexibility and overall sense of awareness and well-being. Details.

Pilates and Yoga

Pilates and Yoga is suitable for everyone as we will modify postures accordingly to ensure that you move safely through the class. This is an important class for building your foundational strength.  No experience is necessary. Details.

Rise and Shine Yoga

A wonderful practice to help you get going for the day. This class will be in hibernation mode from December 18th – through to our spring session.  All levels. Details.

Mindful Movement, Meditation and Relaxation

A mindfulness based practice of breathwork, gentle movement, and meditation.  You will be guided through some very gentle postures reconnecting you with your body.  The meditation practice will be a seated guided practice of 10 – 15 minutes using various mindfulness based techniques to bring you deeper into the calm oasis that lives inside of you.  We begin to understand the patterns of our mind through practice, and invite a less reactive way of being in the world.  The class ends with an extended gentle gong relaxation to help you integrate the practices.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a nurturing yoga practice for times of overwhelm or when we just need to reset.   The class is a gentle style of yoga using props to support the body for longer holds, and is often accompanied by a foot massage, or gentle holds to help deepen your relaxation experience. Prenatal Yoga

Vichardeep Kaur will be leading these beautiful and transformative series to support you during  one of the most sacred journeys in a woman’s life.  Check our blog for our latest series and upcoming dates.  This class does require preregistration.  Contact the studio if you’d like to register or for more details.

Family Yoga

A fun and interactive class designed for children and their caregivers of all ages, Stay tuned for family yoga.   Details.

Sadhana

This is a spiritual practice that is a self discipline of the mind and body. In Kundalini yoga it most often refers to the practice done during the 2 hours before the rising of the sun. Details.

Karma Classes

We hold special monthly classes where all proceeds are donated to a chosen charity or local families in need of extra support. The suggested amount is $10, but no donation is too small. Check our blog for upcoming karma yoga dates.
