Yin Yoga

Slow Flow (Sunday mornings)

Prenatal Yoga

We have a 4 week prenatal series from May 22nd – June 12th.  Vichardeep Kaur will be leading this beautiful and transformative series to support you during  one of the most sacred journeys in a woman’s life.  Stay tuned for more details about Vichardeep, one of the newest members of teaching team, as well as this powerful  series.  The series will be offered on Wednesday nights from 6:00 – 7:15 pm.  Contact the studio if you’d like to register or for more details.

Kundalini

Sadhana

This is a spiritual practice that is a self discipline of the mind and body to serve the soul. In Kundalini yoga it most often refers to the practice done during the 2.5 hours before the rising of the sun. Details.

Karma Classes

We hold special monthly classes where all proceeds are donated to a chosen charity. The suggested amount is $10, but no donation is too small. Check our blog for upcoming karma yoga dates.
