Please note we have made a date change for our “Move into Ease” series, with Amelia, starting next Monday, October 7th. There will be no class on Monday, October 14th as we celebrate Thanksgiving Monday with our families. This series still begins Monday, October 7th and will be extended to Monday, November 4th.
If you’ve never experienced Amelia’s gentle heart and deep wisdom, we encourage you to try to come out for one of her classes. She will be offering this series on Monday mornings.
The movements are done lying on the floor or sitting on a chair. Amelia will guide you through slow and gentle postures and movements to release deep muscular tension. Together you will also explore strengthening exercises for stability and mobility, postural patterns, the functional movement of walking and breath work.
Amelia developed this series to cope with her own chronic pain due to osteoarthritis. This way of practice helps ease the tightness in her body and the breathing helps to calm the nervous system and bring greater peace and ease.

Time: 10:15-11:15 am
Cost: $50 for the whole series, or you can use your regular class pass (including our month unlimited and bliss pass) or pay a drop in fee of $16. .
