Waking up to the cooler air, revitalizing your lungs and your whole body, preparing for the fall months ahead as we move into a more yin phase of the earths cycles. I love this time of year, as the leaves gently start to change into this magnificant palette of color and we pull out cozy sweaters settling back into autumn rythms.
We have put together our fall schedule with a collection of classes and teachings to help to support you on your path. We are excited to bring
an additional gentle offering to our schedule on Monday mornings from 9:00 – 10:00 am, with Amelia and her deep wisdom and empathic approach to your body. An easeful class holding space for you to dive into a deeper understanding of the functional movement of your body with a practice that allows you to breath into any tension.
We also have Ashley returning this fall, with her compassionate heart guided classes on Sunday mornings. We honor that often Sundays have a slower pace, this fall her Slow Flow class will be held from 9:30 – 10:30 am, releasing the tension from the week, bringing you back home to your body and your breath, and setting a peaceful foundation for the week ahead.
Amber will be offering her new mindful movement, meditation and relaxation classes as a weekly offering. These classes will start September 25th, Wednesday nights from 7:15 – 8:30 pm, and beginning October 10th, Thursday afternoons from 1:45 – 3:00 pm. This is a very heart centered practice with an emphasis on increasing your mindful awareness of the present moment. She will be guiding you through a very gentle movement practice inviting ease into your physical body, exploring accessible meditation practices and guiding you into a deep relaxation.
We have a few later evening classes, both starting at 7:30 pm, our Monday night Yin with Vichardeep and Tuesday evenings with Lindsey. An incredible health enhancing and healing way to release energy and stress, as well as physical patterns from your day before you ease into your peaceful bedtime routine and a good nights sleep.
Simonne will be offering monthly Sunday afternoon relaxation classes, with an extended gong experience. Dates will be posted soon!

Communication is key for us at Surya Daya. We implemented our new pass tracking system earlier this summer, which sends you notifications when your pass is almost up and allows us a more efficient way of serving you on the administrative side of our work. We wanted to give you more payment options as many of you have been asking, we now accept cash and cheques at the studio, credit cards on our website, or you can also send etransfers to firstname.lastname@example.org
