We want to thank everyone who came out last Wednesday night for our gentle karma class to help support families in our community. We are sending each of you so much gratitude, helping others to breathe a little easier as you learn to deepen your own breath.
Join us on Wednesday, July 17th, from 7:30 – 8:30 pm as Lynne leads us through a yoga class in support of Tour For Kids.
This year marks the 16th year of Tour for Kids!
Tour for Kids is a multi day charity cycling event in Ontario. Together, they raise funds and awareness for childhood cancer benefiting Ontario’s three cancer camps: Camp Trillium, Camp Quality and Camp Oochigeas. These programs do not receive government funding and must rely on donations such as yours to carry on their essential programs for families dealing with their child’s cancer diagnosis. As more children survive childhood cancer, social interaction with peers and being able to manage day to day activities with limited mobility is key to the success of their recovery. Cancer camp, is not just fun or just camp – it’s a way of delivering care to children and families with childhood cancer. Quite simply, camp is good medicine.
100% of all proceeds will go directly to Tour for Kids, and remember no donation is too small. It is also our aim to help yoga to be more accessible by offering karma classes to our community, allowing people to pay what they can in support of something bigger than all of us.

Losing her sister in 2005 to leukemia sparked a deep desire in Lynne to help. The universe connected Lynne with the co-founder of Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation https://coasttocoastagainstcancer.org.
The foundation runs several fund raising events for raising awareness of childhood cancer. Tour for Kids is one of them.
